Can I start with Free and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Free forever with 30 txns/month. Upgrade from the Billing page the moment you need more. Your data carries over.

Is there a yearly discount?

Not yet. We like the simplicity of monthly billing. Most customers prefer no lock-in. If demand is high, we'll add an annual plan with ~20% off.

What happens if I hit my monthly limit?

We send a friendly WhatsApp message letting you know. You can keep reading data (reports, dashboard) but new transactions pause until you upgrade. No data loss, ever.

How fast does my plan activate after payment?

30–60 seconds. Our system auto-matches your payment by the unique amount (e.g. ₹213.47) and flips your plan to Pro immediately. You also get a WhatsApp + email confirmation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Simply don't pay for the next month — your plan reverts to Free automatically. No call center. No retention tactics. Your data stays, you just get the Free tier limits.

Do you offer refunds?

Not typically — since you can try everything on Free first. But if you're genuinely unhappy, email us within 7 days of payment and we'll refund.

Can I get an invoice for my company's accounts?

Yes. Every payment appears in the Billing page of your dashboard, and a PDF invoice is auto-emailed. Add GSTIN in Settings → Business to get it on your invoices.
