1. Acceptance
By creating an account on BizTrackr or sending commands to our WhatsApp bot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What we do
BizTrackr provides a WhatsApp-based sales and expense tracking service plus a web dashboard for Indian small businesses. We use unofficial WhatsApp connectivity (Baileys library) which is not endorsed by WhatsApp/Meta.
Very heavy automated messaging patterns can occasionally result in your WhatsApp number being rate-limited or banned by WhatsApp itself (independent of us). BizTrackr is designed to stay within normal usage patterns, but this risk exists for any third-party WhatsApp integration.
3. Pricing & payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance via UPI (INR) or USDT BEP-20 (USD).
- No yearly contracts, no early-termination fees.
- No refunds for partial months — you keep access until the end of your paid period.
- Don't pay for the next month → plan automatically reverts to Free tier.
- Genuinely unhappy within 7 days of a payment? Email us for a refund.
4. Your data
You own your data. Export as PDF or Excel anytime from the dashboard or via /export on WhatsApp. Delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone; all data is purged within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use BizTrackr for:
- Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal business activity.
- Spamming your contacts via the WhatsApp bot.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass our rate limits.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free tier.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms, with a refund of any unused paid period.
6. Availability
We target 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is rare and usually announced. Outages caused by WhatsApp, Railway, Hostinger, or other providers may occasionally affect the service — we'll work to restore as fast as possible.
7. Liability
Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, lost data (though we do nightly backups), or WhatsApp disconnections caused by external factors. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to you with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period means acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of our registered jurisdiction.
